Practical arrangements
All of the following are covered by the event fee:
- Lodging:
- Participants will be hosted in student dormitories at Arts et Métiers Bordeaux, ensuring a comfortable and immersive experience.
- Meals:
- Three meals per day will be provided (1 hot meal per day), including local specialties and student-friendly options. Get ready to taste the best of Bordeaux !
- Transportation:
- Local transportation for visits and activities will be covered. Bordeaux’s efficient tram and bus network will make it easy to move around.
