Slay-biotics: Simple, yet Powerful Machine Learning for Biomedicine

General description

Are you ready to dive into the world of Machine Learning and Pattern Recognition?

Would you like to spend an unforgettable week learning cutting-edge technology in a historic and vibrant city?

If so, then Coimbra is waiting for you at this summer’s BEST Course!

This course will allow you to explore the fundamentals of Machine Learning (ML) and Pattern Recognition (PR). It is designed to provide basic knowledge on theoretical and applied ML/PR, demonstrating that ,yet basic concepts, they can solve real-world problems. Applications will be focused on real-world biomedical engineering problems.

And where better to explore these cutting-edge topics than in one of the oldest universities in Europe? With over 700 years of history, the University of Coimbra is the perfect blend of tradition and innovation!

But don’t worry, it’s not all about algorithms and coding! We have prepared an amazing week filled with cultural experiences, epic social activities, and, of course, the chance to explore the vibrant City of Students. Get ready to enjoy Portugal’s stunning beaches, delicious food, and legendary nightlife.

So, what are you waiting for? Don’t miss out—just apply!
