Practical arrangements
All of the following are covered by the event fee:

- Private Residences, Hostels or Private Accommodation
- Meals:
- Participants will be provided with three meals daily—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—with at least one meal being freshly cooked and served hot. Drinkable water will be accessible at all times. Additionally, coffee breaks featuring snacks and beverages will be available between academic activities. All participants will have the opportunity to enjoy traditional Portuguese cuisine. Special dietary requirements, whether due to medical needs, personal preferences, or religious beliefs, will be accommodated at no extra cost, provided the organizing LBG is informed of these needs in advance.
